Tenant Screening Questions | How to Screen Potential Tenants

As a New Orleans property manager company, 5 years ago my screening processed changed and it was for the best. I used to pull credit reports and call references and tried to deal with larger management groups who required that submit forms and signed releases, which I hated. In most cases when dealing with a company like this, the property managers lied like felons to get rid of the tenant and pass him on to YOU. Thanks folks, I really appreciated that. But then a company called resolved approached me to do all my tenant screening and credit reports and criminal back ground checks and that has worked out well. Now everyone without exception must go through their website. I have not had one eviction since.
